PROCESSING

Orders typically take 1-5 business days to process at the warehouse. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. At times it may take longer than 5 days if there are staff shortages due to Covid but has never been any longer than 7 business days. 

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped as soon as they're processed unless otherwise stated in specific product listings. You will be sent tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders will require a signature when delivered. 

 

Orders ship via the US postal service, FedEx and UPS. Exact methods will vary based on the availability of these services and what is offered in your location. Shipping charges are calculated by the weight of your order and your location.

Once orders are shipped, delivery is out of our hands. If you have issues with the delivery of your order please contact us and we can help with a solution. With the recent rise in scams, you will be asked to contact your local carrier with the tracking number. We will also contact the carrier to get GPS coordinates and a picture of where the order was delivered. In the case of lost or stolen orders an insurance claim will be filed.

RETURNS

Any returns or damages need to be reported within 3 days of delivery.
